How do I appeal or add a comment to a review for my business?




As a service provider, you can comment on your ad's reviews. Also, if you disagree with a review on your ad, you can appeal it.

If you're logged into your MyGumtree account you can:
  1. Respond to the assessment: simply click on "+ Add a comment to the above review" and respond accordingly to the clients comments and solve the dispute together.
  2. Appeal the assessment: if you weren't able to solve the issue between you and your client then dispute the review by visiting to your ad on the site, clicking on "Appeal" below the comment and this will direct you to our email support team who will review your appeal. Please provide as much information as possible so we can investigate further.
