If you are receiving an error when attempting to change your email, please double check your new email inbox and spam folder to see if we already sent you an email. If the error persists and you haven't received an email, please contact our help desk.
If you are a registered user and would like to change your email address you can do this via My Gumtree > Profile Settings. Please use the web or mobile web as this option is not yet available on the apps.
Scroll down to Change Email Address, enter your new email address twice and save the changes.
A confirmation email will be sent to your new and old address, please follow the instructions provided.
Please note that you cannot change your account to an email address that already exists on our files.
