I paid for a feature but can't find my Ad on the site. Why?



First try clearing your cache and cookies, and log off your computer and log back in. Then run a search for your listing in its location and category to see if its appearing as a featured Ad.

If the above doesn't solve your problem, keep in mind that some Gumtree Ads may be delayed by up to 24 hours before they are posted on the site. This happens regardless of if a feature was purchased or not. This is done to help stop SPAM and other bad Ads from being on Gumtree. If you can't find your Ad there's a good chance it was delayed by our system.

If your Ad is delayed then your purchased feature will only start after the Ad appears on the site. In other words, if you buy a 7 day Top Ad when you post an Ad and the Ad gets delayed, then the 7 days will only start after the Ad appears on the site.
