If you see the notification "Unavailable - This person is no longer reachable on Gumtree" on a conversation within your messages, you will not be able to continue messaging this person.

- they have decided to end the conversation with you and are no longer interested in transacting
- they have deleted their Gumtree account
- they were identified as originating from a suspicious account and were blocked to protect our community
