Posting duplicate Ads

There are no limits on how many ads community users can post on Gumtree, however business, or people considered to be posting at a commercial capacity may be asked to post an ad in the Services for Hire section instead.

We also ask that you don't post duplicate ads on the site: 

• All ads posted must be unique. Unique means that the ads are substantially different from each other. Please do not post the same ad over and over again across categories or locations. Only post the ad where you are physically located. 
• You should only post your ad on the Gumtree site that's nearest to you or the product or service you're offering. If you post in multiple locations, your ads will be removed.

People that are willing to travel will set their search parameters to a wider area to find your ad.

These restrictions are in place to prevent users from "spamming" the site with duplicate content.
