1. Trouble Making Payment for an Item - User to User Transaction
The ability to make user-to-user PayPal payments through Gumtree became unavailable after our recent messaging migration. This has however since been resolved. Make sure you're on the latest app if on mobile, and be sure to unlink and relink your PayPal account from Gumtree.
2. Option to Rate another user is not visible
NOTE: The option to rate another user becomes visible only once each has sent three or more messages in Gumtree Messenger.
3. Photos are blurry in mobile app
This is currently resolved. Please make sure you've updated to the latest available app version from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
4. Saved Searches "read" notification no longer resets.

5. Unable to open app after updating
This can be resolved by completely uninstalling the app, then re-downloading it. If you are using a Samsung device, be sure to download the app directly from the Google Play Store, instead of the Samsung app store.
6. Unable to download new app, device incompatible
The Gumtree app requires iOS 15 or Android 10 and later. Older versions of the app are unfortunately not available.
If updating your operating system is impossible due to the age of your device, then please consider using Gumtree through the browser on your phone.
7. Greyed out checkout button when trying to pay for pet ads
This has been resolved in the latest app update. Check the Google Play Store for app version 11.5.0 or later.
8. Car ad filters not updated in a Saved Search
