Subscriptions and fees

1. These Pricing and Payment Terms form part of our Terms.

2. For those parts of the Service are subject to a fee, these can be accessed by purchasing a plan (Plan). Plans may be for single pay per use or subscription for a specified term (Subscription Term).

3. The fees for each Plan will be displayed at the time of purchase including, where applicable, any introductory pricing for a specified period (Fee). Fees are charged in advance of each Subscription Term. If you choose to pay via a third-party biller, eg Google Pay, your Fee will be charged to your third-party billing account.

4. We may change applicable Fees at any time by giving prior notice to you, and the new Fees will apply from the beginning of the next renewal of your Plan
Auto-renewal and cancellation

5. Your Plan will automatically renew at the end of each Subscription Term for a further Subscription Term, either party cancels the Plan. You may cancel your Plan through your Member Dashboard > My Plan tab at any time prior to your renewal date.

6. Cancellation or downgrade of a Plan will only be effective at the end of the current Subscription Term and you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the relevant Subscription Term. No pro-rata refunds will be provided to customers that cancel or downgrade a Plan during a Subscription Term.
Manage your Subscription Plan

7. If you wish to change your Plan, you can manage this through your Member Dashboard > My Plan or, where applicable, via our third-party sales and billing partners, e.g. Google Pay.

8. Plan upgrades will take effect immediately. If you upgrade a Plan during its current Subscription Term, the new applicable Fee will be applied pro-rata for the remainder of the Subscription Term) and you will be charged this amount immediately upon upgrade.
Promotions and discounts

9. We may offer promotional discounts or benefits (Promotions). We reserve the right to offer, withdraw, change, cancel or determine your eligibility for any Promotion in our discretion for the purposes of preventing abuse of the Promotion. Promotions may be subject to terms and conditions which shall apply in addition to, and prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with, these Pricing and Payment Terms.
Credits / refunds / vouchers

10. If you are eligible for a credit or refund, we will submit a refund request to your bank or card issuer. You will see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank. If you are eligible for a Plan voucher, the voucher will be applied to the specific Plan.
Third Party Billing

11. If you elect to be billed for your Plan via a third-party biller, your Fee will be charged by that third party and may be subject to additional third billing party terms which will be notified to you by the third-party biller.
Merchant of Record:

12. The Merchant of Record for transactions is AirCV Pty Ltd ABN 27 159 134 997. All payments shall be processed through the Merchant of Record, which shall be responsible for collecting and processing payments from you.

13. uWorkin shall deliver the Services, while the Merchant of Record shall handle all financial transactions.
