Your replies are sent to your email client's Inbox and can also be viewed in your My Gumtree account > Messages.
If youʼre not receiving your replies in your email clientʼs Inbox, itʼs possible that they were redirected to your Junk/Spam folder. Please check your Junk/Spam folder to see if theyʼre in there. We also suggest adding noreply@gumtree.com.au to your safe-senders list to ensure that this doesnʼt happen.
If you believe your replies arenʼt being sent because users do not appear to be receiving them, itʼs possible that they are also being redirected to their Junk/Spam folder. If this may be the case, we suggest sending a follow-up email.
