Gumtree Pay Service Fees

A Payment fee will apply when making use of the Gumtree Payments System:

Buyer

A surcharge fee will be charged at 1.5% of the transaction amount. If using PayTo, this fee will be 0% as part of an introductory offer, after which it will be charged at 0.15% of the transaction amount.This will automatically be collected when a buyer makes a payment and includes GST. 

An additional platform fee charged at 0.5% of the transaction amount will apply, with a minimum cap of $1 and a maximum cap of $7.50. As an introductory offer for our first time customers, the platform fee is waived.

Seller

There is a platform fee charged at 0.5% of the transaction amount, with a minimum cap of $0.5 and a maximum cap of $7.50. This will automatically be collected when a buyer makes a payment and includes GST.

Example: $10,000 Vehicle Purchase
