The item I bought wasn’t as described / didn’t arrive. What should I do?

If meeting in person, buyers should always inspect items in person to ensure they are happy with the condition and specifics of the item before completing a transaction. If shipping, please note that all arrangements are made between buyer and seller without any involvement from Gumtree.

 

Gumtree is not party to a transaction between buyer and seller and is not responsible for items that do not match the seller’s description.
