The item I bought wasn’t as described / didn’t arrive. What should I do?



Gumtree is a platform that connects sellers and buyers within to transact. If meeting in person, buyers should always inspect items in person to ensure they are happy with the condition and specifics of the item before completing a transaction. If shipping, please note that all arrangements are made between buyer and seller without any involvement from Gumtree.

Gumtree is not party to a transaction between buyer and seller and is not responsible for items that do not match the seller’s description.
