When assessing a service provider the review:
- Must relate to the service / advertising
- Must relate to an executed job / service
- Must not use abuse or offensive words
- Must not contain sensitive information (such as address information, website, etc)
- Must not contain commercial messages
If a review doesn't comply with any of the above rules, the review will be removed.
We understand that reviews may also be negative. To keep the system honest, negative reviews are not removed, provided that the negative assessment according to the prescribed rules is met and or a review is appealed by a service provider and we'll make a decision after our assessment of the flagged comments.
We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content that we believe is inappropriate or breaching our terms of use.
